I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Kilcock Co Kildare.  I am currently studying a Masters in Pluralistic Counselling, IICP College. I have a BSc. in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Middlesex University, Dip in Counselling & Psychotherapy, PCI College and a Certificate in Life Coaching accredited by the IIC&M.  I am fully accredited by the IACP.

I have counselled clients with various forms of mental health issues.  I specialise in working with anxiety, panic attacks, panic disorders, OCD, generalised anxiety disorder, social phobia, depression and chronic pain.  I work in an integrated way in many different theories and practices.  My main approach is CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) which is the best approach to use when treating many of the issues named above.  I also work in a Humanistic way and I bring in Mindfulness and Meditation which can help ease psychological stresses and overthinking.  To upgrade my skills and capabilities as a counsellor I am continually attending workshops and sourcing further education to broaden my understanding of the human condition.

I work with all individuals from ages 14 and over.  I have proven to be extremely successful in the treatment of all anxiety disorders and in most cases the person will feel a lot better in a very short time.
