I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Kilcock, Co Kildare.  I have a Masters in Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy, IICP College, I have a BSc. in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Middlesex University, Dip in Counselling & Psychotherapy, PCI College, a Certificate in Life Coaching accredited by the IIC&M and a Certificate in Mindfulness, IICP College.  I am fully accredited by the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP).

I have worked therapeutically with various forms of mental health issues.  I specialise in working with Anxiety Disorders such as Panic Attacks/Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety/Phobia, Depression and Chronic pain.  I work in an integrated way in many different theories and practices.  My main approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT, which is the best approach to use when treating many of the issues named above.  I also work in a Person Centred way and I bring in Mindfulness and Meditation which can help ease psychological stresses and overthinking.  To upgrade my skills and capabilities as a counsellor I am continually attending workshops and sourcing further education to broaden my understanding of the human condition.

I work with individuals from ages 14 and over.  I have proven to be extremely successful in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders and in most cases the person will feel a lot better in a very short time.
